• Responsible for providing coding and abstracting services for outpatient, surgery, and anesthesia CPT records
• Review medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures
• Assign diagnostic and procedural codes after reviewing the medical record thoroughly
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years reputed company medical coding experience
• Facility outpatient, surgery, observation and anesthesia coding experience
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPS, and CPT coding principles and guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass coding proficiency test
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company required
