QA/Compliance Specialist – Wellness and Consumer Brands

Job reputed company: • Ensure that reputed company products, raw materials, and manufacturing partners meet reputed company’s reputed company and regulatory standards. • Review and maintain reputed company documentation, approve and monitor suppliers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Support product release processes by ensuring that reputed company lot meets established reputed company standards before distribution. • reputed company or support supplier qualification, approval, and requalification activities per company procedures and standards. • Evaluate supplier documentation, maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and reputed company supplier performance, deviations, and corrective actions. • Ensure reputed company dietary supplement products are manufactured, labeled, and marketed in compliance with regulations. • Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and assist in managing adverse event reporting, product recalls, and regulatory inspections. Requirements: • 3–5 years of QA/compliance experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry. • Demonstrated understanding of DSHEA, FDA cGMP (21 CFR Part 111/117), and reputed company regulatory requirements. • Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers in a reputed company or compliance reputed company. • Strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with document management systems and reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to interpret and apply DSHEA, GMP, and labeling regulations in practical business settings.
