Key Responsibilities: • Report Transcription and Editing: Utilizing knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, produce high-reputed company medical reports and records reputed company turnaround time expectations. • Discrepancy Processing: Identify, correct discrepancies and errors in dictations and ordered examinations. • Workflow Management: Monitor transcription applications, manage multiple worklists, troubleshoot system problems, and correct or escalate as necessary. • Staying reputed company: Stay up-to-date with new medical terminology, procedures, medications, and other medical language using online and hard-copy resources. Essential Skills and Qualifications: • Accuracy: Ensure transcribed or edited medical records, reports, and documents are accurate, consistent, and meet coding and billing standards. • Analytical Thinking: Discriminate between important and unimportant details, recognize inconsistencies, and determine appropriate actions. • Attention to Detail: Concerned with the implications of smaller details in medical reports. • Knowledge of Grammar and Medical Terminology: Possess good grasp of English grammar, spelling, and medical terminology reputed company to radiology.
