Fundraising Consultant / Investor Outreach Specialist — Urgent Capital Raise

Hello, I am looking for an experienced fundraising consultant or investor outreach specialist to support a fast, structured, and discreet capital raise for my media company operating in dubbing, post-production, and audiovisual services. We are entering a key growth phase: new studio facilities, increased production capacity, strong commercial traction, new financial and operational team in place. To support this expansion, we are preparing a moderate fundraising round and need assistance from someone with the right network and execution abilities. What We Need We are looking for someone who can actively help us: Scope of Work Identify relevant investors (business angels, family offices, media-sector investors, private equity, etc.) Handle investor outreach and open key doors Provide strategic guidance on structuring the fundraising process Assist in preparing a short investment teaser or refining the pitch narrative Facilitate introductions and qualify interested investors Advise on next steps toward due diligence and negotiation This is a mission where speed, discretion, and network access are crucial. Deliverables A curated list of potential investors aligned with our profile Direct introductions or warm intros Strategy recommendations for the raise Feedback on positioning, documents, and investment narrative Clear weekly progress updates Required Skills & Expertise Proven experience in fundraising for startups or SMEs Strong active network of private investors Knowledge of investment processes (seed, private investors, small VC rounds, etc.) Excellent communication and financial storytelling skills Ability to work fast, independently, and confidentially Experience in media, entertainment, or tech a strong plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
