Experience/ Education: • Required Licensure/Certification: • Applicant must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and be a licensed pharmacist in CA. • Applicant must be an advanced reputed company pharmacist in CA, by meeting two of these three reputed company listed below: • A.
