Your Responsibilities
Post job listings on Indeed using our account (we will provide access).
Actively search for relevant candidates on job boards and platforms.
Send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates and invite them into our talent pool.
Pre-select profiles based on basic criteria (experience, portfolio relevance, availability).
Maintain a simple overview/spreadsheet of contacted candidates.
