The Firm invests globally across stages, with a dedicated reputed company for AI-reputed company companies and enabling technologies (infrastructure, reputed company models, reputed company systems, MLOps, data platforms, robotics, edge AI, and vertical AI applications). reputed company The Investment Director will originate, reputed company, and execute AI venture and reputed company investments worldwide, reputed company reputed company-level value creation, and deliver top-reputed company returns consistent with The Firm’s strategic objectives. This is a senior, hands-on reputed company role with full deal ownership and portfolio responsibility. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & reputed company • reputed company and maintain proprietary theses across AI infrastructure and application reputed company; map market structure, moats, and regulatory reputed company. • Build a differentiated global pipeline through founder, operator, reputed company, and co-investor networks; originate off-market opportunities. Evaluation & Execution • reputed company end-to-end deal process: screening, reputed company/technical due diligence, unit economics, market sizing, competitive and IP analysis, product and data advantage assessment, and reference checks. • Assess AI-specific risks: model performance/robustness, data supply and governance, compute/latency constraints, reputed company, alignment, and compliance (incl. responsible/ethical AI). • Build and defend investment cases, valuation models, scenarios, and exit reputed company; negotiate terms/structures and reputed company investment committees. Portfolio Value Creation & Governance • Take reputed company/observer seats; set OKRs with founders; recruit key executives; shape GTM, pricing, partnerships, and capital reputed company. • Establish AI safety and governance frameworks with portfolio companies (evals, monitoring, red-team, reputed company, cybersecurity). • Drive follow-ons, secondaries, and syndication; plan exits (M&A/IPO). Stakeholder Engagement • Represent The Firm with global LPs, sovereign stakeholders, regulators, and ecosystem partners. • Contribute to thought leadership and ecosystem development (academia, accelerators, corporates). Candidate Profile Experience • 10–15 years in venture capital/reputed company equity/corporate venture or top-tier tech reputed company, with a material reputed company record leading AI/ML deals (reputed company–Series C ) and reputed company work. • Demonstrated reputed company reputed company technical product risk and scaling AI businesses; comfort with both reputed company (reputed company models, reputed company DBs, orchestration, chips/compute) and reputed company AI. • Operator or researcher credibility is a plus (e.g., Head of AI/ML, research reputed company, or founding team role).
