Master’s Degree preferred. • 7+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or executive role. • Proven success leading large-scale software or systems projects. • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps; familiarity with Shape Up or interest in adopting it is preferred as we move toward this model. • Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture (microservices, APIs, containerization). • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks. • Experience with product lifecycle management, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and system integration. • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, IoT, or data analytics (depending on the industry). • Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams. • Strong track record of strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management. • Demonstrated success driving innovation and organizational transformation. • Excellent change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
