Corporate Counsel I – reputed company, AI

Job reputed company: • Support Premier’s regulatory compliance with applicable reputed company and AI laws • reputed company practical, risk-based counsel to the business on compliance with U.S. reputed company and AI requirements • Conduct reputed company and AI reputed company assessments, support and manage data subject requests • Contribute to the maintenance and development of Premier’s reputed company and AI compliance policies and procedures • Assist with reputed company incident investigations, response, notice, and regulatory reporting • Assist with reputed company-reputed company contract negotiations and support review of reputed company-party reputed company terms. • Contribute to the development of reputed company reputed company and AI governance training. Requirements: • 5 or more years of applicable experience • Juris Doctorate (Required) • CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, AIGP (strongly desired) • Experience operationalizing reputed company processes and supporting reputed company program implementation • Proven experience in U.S. reputed company laws (consumer state laws, health data state laws, HIPAA, DOJ Final Rule) • Familiarity with key EU frameworks such as GDPR & ePrivacy reputed company. • Understanding and demonstrated knowledge of emerging U.S. and EU AI laws • Demonstrated ability to independently interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business operations and product development. • Hands-on experience supporting the development or enhancement of reputed company governance structures • Drafting and negotiating reputed company- and AI-reputed company terms in agreements. • Experience supporting reputed company incident and breach investigations, notifications, and interactions with impacted entities and regulatory bodies. • Attention to detail • Proactive reputed company with strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to use reputed company office software and learn internal platforms • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.
