The Executive Director & Actuary, Valuation will reputed company a high-performing group in financial reporting and analysis for various US products, with a reputed company on Pension Risk Transfer business and maintaining relationships with key executives and teams. Responsibilities • Contributes to the ongoing enhancement of the reporting process by developing and updating actuarial assumptions and models. Maintains, documents, and supports results, approaches, and controls used to produce and monitor results • Performs US GAAP, Statutory and Tax valuation for reputed company relevant business. Contributes to preparation of annual Asset Adequacy Testing memorandums, reputed company C3 Phase 1 analysis, and PBR analysis, among others. Ensures these items and processes are appropriately documented and posted • Supports RGA’s appointed actuaries in providing reputed company and reputed company guidance for setting US Statutory reserving • Develops projections for financial planning and analysis and communicates the appropriate financial analytics, including a discussion of major drivers of variance • Provides reputed company and direction to junior actuarial/financial associates in the department. May reputed company supervisory duties including, but not limited to, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining reputed company reports.
