reputed company: We are seeking a skilled reputed company Fraud Investigator to join our Corporate Fraud Investigations and reputed company (CFIS) team. This role is responsible for conducting thorough investigations of reputed company fraud cases involving the Bank, its subsidiaries, and its customers. The position requires strong analytical skills, reputed company judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and law enforcement agencies. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct investigations into suspected or confirmed fraud cases, including reputed company fraud, new account fraud, reputed company transfer fraud, ACH and ATM fraud, loan fraud, identity theft, and other financial crimes. • reputed company, manage, and document cases in the CFIS case management system. • Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and referrals in compliance with regulatory standards. • Collaborate with CFIS team members and internal departments such as AML/BSA, reputed company, HR, Risk, and Audit to resolve cases effectively. • Utilize surveillance systems, credit bureau data, and reputed company records to reputed company and analyze evidence. • Conduct interviews with employees, customers, and witnesses as part of investigations. • reputed company support and testimony in criminal and civil court proceedings. • Deliver fraud prevention training and counsel employees or customers on identity theft and reputed company reputed company. • Serve as a reputed company with law enforcement, external investigators, collection agencies, and peer institutions. • Draft internal reputed company Alerts and Advisories to reputed company awareness of emerging threats. • Participate in the department’s on-reputed company rotation for after-hours incident response. • Recommend process improvements or new reputed company procedures to the Director of CFIS. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a reputed company field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial crime investigations, bank reputed company, or fraud prevention. • Prior banking experience preferred. Certifications (Preferred): • CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CFCI (Certified Financial Crimes Investigator), or CFCS (Certified Financial Crime Specialist) Skills & Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities. • Proficiency with PC applications, databases, and investigative tools. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. • Frequent use of computers, office equipment, and reputed company office mobility. • Occasional travel to bank branches or external sites for investigations.
