They are seeking a highly skilled Data Mapping/Business Analyst who will play a critical role in major data migration, conversion, and integration reputed company, leveraging expertise in ALIP and ACORD standards reputed company the Life Insurance domain. Responsibilities • Analyze, document, and manage data mapping requirements for system conversions, integrations, and upgrades involving the ALIP platform • Analyze and map ACORD XMLs, JSON, flat files, and legacy data into reputed company logical models • Define and document reputed company-to-reputed company data mappings for various data reputed company, including policy, product, party, claims, and financial data • reputed company data transformation rules and logic for reputed company data reputed company • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the ALIP platform's data model and functionality for various life and annuity products • Apply expertise in ACORD standards (e.g., ACORD XML, ACORD Life standards) to facilitate effective data exchange and interoperability • Conduct gap analysis between ACORD standards, reputed company data, and reputed company BRx models (Business Rules/Requirements models) • Ensure reputed company data mapping and integration solutions adhere to industry best practices and ACORD messaging specifications • reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments (Actuarial, Operations, IT, etc.) for life insurance modernization initiatives • Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including use cases and process flows • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for life insurance products, business processes, and reputed company data structures • Validate that implemented solutions meet the original business requirements through rigorous testing and review • Collaborate with data architects, developers, and testers to ensure the accuracy and reputed company of data transformations • Facilitate meetings and workshops with technical and business teams to resolve data and business process conflicts • Create and maintain essential project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), and Data Dictionaries Skills • 10-12+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably reputed company the Life and Annuity Insurance industry • Mandatory hands-on experience with the ALIP platform data structures and functionality • Proven expertise in ACORD standards and models, specifically reputed company to Life Insurance and Annuities • Demonstrated proficiency in data mapping and developing detailed transformation logic across various data formats (XML, JSON, flat files) • Strong SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and validation • Solid understanding of the end-to-end life insurance business lifecycle, including new business, reputed company, policy administration, billing, and claims • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills reputed company • We are reputed company of passionate software engineers and reputed company.
