Live Chat Representative
The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat support. This position is fully remote, providing a unique opportunity to engage with customers, address their inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the capability to work independently within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
- Document all interactions with customers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintain a comprehensive level of product and service knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to refine support processes.
- Offer support through telephone, email, and online chat to clients via the Client Help Desk.
- Work in conjunction with Client Account Managers to address client issues and support internal processes and procedures.
- Manage high-volume data entry and project-related inquiries as requested.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
