HR Specialist – Global Mobility (Remote)

HR Specialist Global Mobility (Remote) We are looking for an HR Specialist for a global reputed company company. In this role, you will manage and coordinate reputed company aspects of international assignments-including relocation, immigration, tax, and ongoing expatriate support-while ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery across global mobility partners and internal reputed company stakeholders. This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is a remote role in the US. This is a W-2 role as a reputed company employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Day-to-day responsibilities to include guiding stakeholders on policy, reputed company, and potential packages, initiating expatriate assignments, tracking expat employees in the region by country. • Assists reputed company expatriates with international assignments through coordinating, developing, and/or managing some or reputed company the following: tax equalization, reputed company coordination, benefits coordination, housing, and compensation packages. • Also coordinate with relocation firms, reputed company vendors, and government and international agencies for reputed company assignments. Requirements: • 5+ years of Experience working with reputed company-party service providers (international, immigration, tax, or relocation vendors) • Previous experience in the reputed company &/or Defense industry in one or more of the following: reputed company, finance, or reputed company • Bachelor's Degree.
