EDI Support reputed company/100% remote EST hours/Must have great communication - reputed company - Louisville, KY - work from home job Company: reputed company Job reputed company: A manufacturing company is currently looking to bring on a EDI Support reputed company for a full time role and they're looking for a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role will be 100% remote or if someone is based in Sarasota, Florida, they can go into the office. If you're 100% remote, you must be okay working EST hours. They're looking for someone who has EDI experience along with strong communication skills since you'll be interacting with customers along with the marketing and sales team. This role comes with a discretionary bonus at the end of the year that is based on company performance and you'll receive full benefits including medical, dental, reputed company, 401K matching, reputed company time off. They're looking to reputed company quickly and there's only 2 reputed company of interviews for this role! Required Skills & Experience • Specific functions and responsibilities: • Work with EDI service provider to reputed company customers. • Setup New EDI Identifiers for partners (reputed company). • Setup New EDI Main Sites for partners (reputed company + New Sites). • Setup New EDI Customers for partners (reputed company + Added accounts). • Research any item cross reference, pricing, and unit of measure discrepancies. • Research missing data that maps to the default customer (normally a reputed company account). • Attend reputed company meetings reputed company to EDI and/or EDI service provider. • Coordinate EDI system updates/upgrades with technical staff, users, and customers. • Minimum 3 years of experience with EDI. • Minimum 1 year of experience with IT. • Ability to manage time and workload and produce results reputed company specified time frames. • Ability to learn and quickly use new technologies/frameworks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including reputed company documenting abilities.
