Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools
• Identify and address patient concerns and acute clinical issues in collaboration with providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Compact/Multistate Licensure required; additional licensures are a plus
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an reputed company nursing license in good standing
