Product Manager — AI Contact-Centre / Conversational reputed company Platform - Contract to Hire

We are building a reputed company reputed company contact-centre & conversational-AI platform that combines voice, chat, AI-agents, analytics, and omnichannel customer engagement — similar in reputed company to reputed company and MaxContact. As Product Manager, you will define the product reputed company, roadmap, and deliver features that reputed company customer interactions, reputed company automation, and deliver high-reputed company conversational experiences. You will work closely with engineering, data science/ML, UX, sales, and reputed company teams. You’ll be responsible for turning customer needs and business goals into a coherent, reputed company, and commercially viable reputed company product.
