1. Overview
Habla Sawa is developing a conversational Spanish course tailored for Saudi learners, with a strong focus on practical speaking skills, cultural alignment, and real-life application. We are seeking an instructor who can design and deliver high-quality green-screen video lessons supported by reading materials, assessments, and localized Saudi content.
This RFP outlines the full scope, course parameters, modules, deliverables, and submission expectations.
2. Scope of Work
The instructor will design, script, record, and deliver a structured Spanish course totaling approximately 60 hours of learning. The program must emphasize:
-Real conversational skills
- Saudi-relevant examples and scenarios
- Accurate grammar and pronunciation
- Culturally informed content (Saudi + Andalusian focus)
- High-quality green-screen video production using clear visuals and interactive teaching techniques
The instructor is responsible for:
-Lesson planning
- Scriptwriting
- Video recording
- Reading material preparation
- Assessments aligned with each module
- Adjustments and edits based on feedback
3. Course Parameters & Structure
The program will follow a fast-track learning model that maximizes speaking results in a short duration.

- Duration: 7.5 to 10 weeks
- Total Modules: 15 to 20
- Module Length: 35 mins to 1 hour
- Components per Module:
1. Video Lesson (interactive; grammar + application + scenarios)
2. Reading Material (derived from the video; includes Arabic translation)
3. Assessment (quiz focusing on comprehension + usage)
Estimated Time per Module
- Video: 16 to 40 minutes
- Reading: 8 to 20 minutes
- Assessment: ~10 minutes

- Reading Materials: Short reading summaries + Arabic translations
- Assessments: Short quizzes per module
- Source Files: All editable materials
- Revisions: Adjustments based on feedback
9. Timeline
- Project Duration: ~1-2 month
- Delivery will be based on milestones tied to video batches.
- Payment released for every 7 approved videos.
10. Proposal Requirements
Applicants must submit:
- A sample video demonstrating teaching style, clarity, and green-screen capability
- A preliminary course outline (modules 15–20 proposed topics)
- A short explanation of teaching approach
- Any previous relevant work samples
11. Compensation
Payment terms follow a milestone structure:
- The instructor is paid every 3 hours of completed, approved video content
- Rates discussed individually based on experience and quality
- All intellectual property produced becomes the exclusive property of Habla Sawa
12. Intellectual Property
All scripts, videos, materials, and assessments created for this project will be owned fully by Habla Sawa. The instructor grants full rights, including reproduction, distribution, editing, and use across all platforms.
