We’re representing a boutique consultancy specializing in supply chain software delivery—trusted by leading grocery and FMCG retailers to solve complex forecasting, planning, and replenishment challenges. As they expand in the U.S., they’re seeking a Supply Chain Consultant with experience in planning systems (Blue Yonder, SAP, O9, etc.).
This is a client-facing delivery role where you’ll work across multiple transformation programs, with hands-on involvement in solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
What you’ll do
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the implementation and optimization of retail supply chain solutions.
• Deliver workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable configurations.
• Conduct testing, data validation, and post-go-live optimisation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices across delivery.
What you’ll bring
• 3–7 years’ experience in supply chain software, retail operations, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with APS platforms (BY, SAP, Kinaxis, etc.).
• Industry knowledge in grocery, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience working in agile or collaborative delivery environments.
• Able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• U.S. based with availability to support client engagements across time zones.
