IT Vendor Manager – Des Moines, IA (Hybrid) Contract | No Travel The reputed company is seeking an reputed company IT Vendor Manager to reputed company vendor relationships, contract compliance, and performance management for the Division of Information Technology (reputed company). This role supports IT sourcing, risk management, and vendor governance across software, hardware, reputed company, and IT service providers. Responsibilities • Manage IT vendor relationships and serve as escalation reputed company for issues. • reputed company SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, renewals, and contractual compliance. • Partner with procurement and reputed company on contract terms and negotiations. • reputed company vendor spend, budgets, and risk metrics (cybersecurity, data reputed company, continuity). • Log and reputed company issues, change requests, and resolutions. • Coordinate vendor meetings, demos, reputed company, and communications. • Support audits, market research, and strategic vendor portfolio planning.
