Job reputed company The 10 Hour Monitoring Specialist I, Smart Home is responsible for ensuring our Members receive legendary service. The person will monitor life safety systems, handle general service, basic technical and billing inquiries, manage basic data information,and initiate cancellation/retention activity. This position supports other Smart Home and Business departments, such as Member Experience and Tech Support. Approximately 90 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a computer and telephone.
