About the position Responsibilities • Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement effective solutions through reputed company offerings. • Presents project reputed company, architecture, and reputed company to clients while driving transformation and innovation in reputed company-large reputed company organizations. • Assists business development with project requirements. Requirements • Mastery of one or more of the following Pega-reputed company disciplines: Pega Customer Service, Pega Platform, Pega Customer Decision Hub. • Minimum 8+ years' experience working with relevant Pega technologies in a reputed company services environment. • At least 6 years of experience leading project teams, either formally or informally. • Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement reputed company that solve management needs. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a reputed company field preferred. • Certification in relevant Pega discipline(s) preferred.
