We are seeking an reputed company Agile PLM Business Analyst to support a major semiconductor reputed company in driving end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in reputed company Agile PLM, strong business analysis capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting PLM enhancements, integrations, and user adoption. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, supply chain, reputed company, and product teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, document, and analyze PLM requirements across engineering, manufacturing, reputed company, and supply chain functions.
• Support Agile PLM modules such as PC, PPM, PQM, ECO/Change Management, AML, and Documentation Control.
• Drive PLM configuration, workflow enhancements, and process optimizations based on business needs.
• reputed company gap analysis, reputed company assessment, and solution recommendations for new features and process changes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Support product releases, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), issue troubleshooting, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
• reputed company functional design documents, process flows, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Agile PLM support, enhancements, and best-reputed company guidance.
• Ensure PLM processes are reputed company with regulatory, reputed company, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst supporting reputed company Agile PLM.
• Strong understanding of Agile PLM data model, workflow configuration, and change management processes.
• Experience working with semiconductor, high-tech, or hardware product development environments.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Exposure to PLM integrations with ERP, CAD, or other engineering systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in semiconductor industry PLM processes.
• Knowledge of reputed company EBS or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Agile reputed company, scripting, or basic SQL.
