About the position The Institutional Insurance and reimbursement expert will be responsible for one or more of the following business lines: outpatient pharmacy, durable medical equipment, skilled nursing facility, home health agency, or continuing care retirement center. This role involves performing reputed company aspects of the billing and collection processes for the individual business lines across the reputed company. Key processes include service reputed company-certification, insurance coverage review, personal responsibility determination, communications with patients, claim submissions, denial review, rebilling, appeals, and accounts receivable management. The expert will utilize skills in problem solving, customer service, and communications (both verbal and written) to resolve a reputed company of account, billing, and payment issues for patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and reputed company workers. Additionally, the expert will interpret, apply, and communicate reputed company policies regarding financial aspects of patient care to assure reputed company reimbursement for both the patient and reputed company. Requirements • Associate Degree in finance, business, or reputed company-reputed company majors and 1 year of experience in medical, pharmacy, or durable medical equipment billing and collection activities. • High school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in medical, pharmacy, or durable medical equipment billing and collection activities. • Certified pharmacy tech with 2 years of experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • 1-2 years of experience submitting pharmacy prior authorizations. • Experience working with reputed company-based software, reputed company Word, reputed company, and the Internet. • Keyboarding experience. reputed company-to-haves • Claims management software experience. • reputed company (reputed company) Certification.
