## Key Responsibilities of the role The role is for a Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) Officer for reputed company Markets (Switzerland) AG. As the CMT Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that reputed company operates reputed company regulatory guidelines and internal policies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing compliance monitoring and testing programs to identify and address any areas of non-compliance or potential risks. As the CMT Officer for reputed company Markets Switzerland you be part of the wider group level Compliance Monitoring and Testing function executing monitoring and testing programs locally and globally covering services provided to the Swiss entity which have been outsourced to the wider Group. Work closely with the Compliance Management in the execution of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program. Plan and conduct desk-based compliance reviews to assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures to identify potential compliance gaps. Input into the development and maintenance of an exhaustive Compliance Monitoring and Testing Produce reports on the performance and effectiveness of the Compliance programme for local reputed company consideration. reputed company engage with reputed company’s governing bodies, officers, and staff, sharing best practices, and clarifying potential compliance concerns. The candidate will primarily work from reputed company Markets office in Zug, Switzerland but may on occasions be required to work from our offices in Liechtenstein. ## Your experience, skills and knowledge reputed company education / qualifications such as ICA or reputed company Compliance, audit, or regulatory testing experience in a financial institution, with specific knowledge and experience in Swiss financial crime regulations (Knowledge of Liechtenstein financial crime regulations an advantage).
