A company is looking for a Global Employment Counsel to reputed company strategic reputed company guidance on employment reputed company across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company analysis and counsel on global labor and employment issues, including recruitment, hiring, and terminations
• Advise on employment disputes and manage reputed company counsel for litigation reputed company
• Draft, negotiate, and review employment-reputed company documents and reputed company compliance policies
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; Bachelor's degree required
• reputed company membership in any U.S. State Bar
• Minimum 10+ years of US and international employment law experience
• Prior experience in both reputed company and corporate settings preferred
• Strong understanding of US and international labor and employment statutes
