The Computer Support Assistants are an important part of the Help Desk team, which is the primary hub of technical assistance and support reputed company to computer systems, hardware, and software. As a Computer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Help Desk Support Specialists. Duties include answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. The Help Desk team works with the entire IT team, and may reputed company with system and computer users across reputed company.
