Startup Consultant Needed to Launch Freeze-Dried Coffee & Wellness Processing Operation
We are building a new 60×80 agricultural processing facility where we will produce freeze-dried reputed company coffee, mushroom coffee blends, and reputed company add freeze-dried fruit and wellness foods from our farm. I need an reputed company startup consultant who can help design the production workflow, recommend equipment, guide facility layout, create SOPs, and support us through the launch phase.
This includes reviewing our layout, selecting the right roaster/brewer/freeze-dry equipment (up to 6 reputed company), designing efficient reputed company-by-reputed company processes, writing documentation for batch tracking and sanitation, and training reputed company on how to operate the system. The ideal consultant has experience with freeze-drying, coffee roasting, food production workflows, and small-reputed company facility setup. This is a short-term consulting project with potential for ongoing advisory support.
