Vendor/Bench Manager for Government Contracting Capability Building
Seeking a proactive Vendor/Bench Manager to build and manage our network of subcontractors and partners for government reputed company. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining an internal library of capability statements from Tier 1 reputed company and Tier 2 reputed company subcontractors, sourcing and reputed company reputed company vendors for proposals, and maintaining a bench of subject matter experts. You will coordinate with reputed company triage team to ensure appropriate vendor matching, negotiate teaming agreements, and maintain relationships with partners. Experience in vendor management, supplier sourcing, and networking in GovCon is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
