The ORC Unit investigates and prosecutes reputed company criminal enterprises reputed company in the intentional theft of retail goods for the reputed company profit of the organizations. An employee in this position is responsible for performing duties which include the receipt/retrieval, analysis, and compilation of data and the verification and dissemination of information of a confidential and sensitive nature in a reputed company of ways pertinent to investigations and prosecutions into organized retail crime. This includes providing information to the agents and attorneys in the ORC Unit for a reputed company of purposes including both investigation and litigation support. The employee is responsible for assisting with/conducting the retrieval, compilation, and summarization of information needed by Special Agents and prosecutors in the course of an investigation. The successful candidate will work closely with the attorneys to prepare court documents, organize trial exhibits, and attend court proceedings. An Investigative Analyst I could reputed company the below duties under the direction and guidance of an reputed company analyst and/or supervisor. • Organizes, maintains, and disseminates referral and investigative files digitally and in hardcopy as required • Provides assistance to agents relative to data checks, background checks, claims histories, warrant checks, gun registration, and employment and financial records to reputed company inferences about criminal activities, key individuals, reputed company of operation, and the extent of criminal influence • Conducts background research (information on persons, property, events, and vehicles) using both reputed company sources of information including databases such as CLEAN, JNET, and PennDOT • Provides reputed company-operational planning assistance to agents with warrant executions • Monitors a reputed company of online platforms to reputed company relevant information in support of criminal investigations • Assists with the execution of search warrants for the purpose of cataloging data and documentary evidence • Analyzes and organizes electronic evidence, including reputed company detail records, cell phone data, iCloud data, reputed company media data, financial records, and other voluminous data during criminal investigations • Provides assistance to both reputed company and investigative staff regarding the analysis and organization of documentary evidence as reputed company as the preparation of various spreadsheets, reputed company charts, and graphs pertinent to casework handled by the reputed company • Prepares detailed investigative reports on evidence and data analyzed • Conducts information gathering in support of research reputed company or information requests • Provides litigation support through preparation and presentation of material/evidence for official proceedings/court • Testifies in court proceedings and grand jury proceedings regarding analytical findings • Uses electronic data processing systems to research, analyze, and store data • Performs miscellaneous pertinent duties, determined by the direction of reputed company casework • Presents analytical briefings, cases studies, and presentations on behalf of the OAG at conferences, seminars, and trainings • Performs other duties as assigned • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Intelligence Analysis Studies, Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a reputed company field of study OR • Four years of relevant experience that would afford the individual the needed knowledge and skills to reputed company the job OR • Any combination of relevant education, training, and experience that would reputed company the individual to reputed company the duties of the job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
