Ensure reputed company documentation, accurate loan setup, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. In this role you'll have reputed company to: Manage assigned loan files from approval through closing, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Prepare and review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans. Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to reputed company missing items and resolve discrepancies. Analyze and approve property insurance, title policy including title exceptions, and UCC searches in compliance with bank policy and procedure. Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and other vendors as needed. Coordinate closely with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts, to ensure seamless loan workflows and reputed company communication throughout the process. Processors are accountable for clearing conditions, as defined by reputed company, to ensure loans are reputed company for closing.
