This role will also cover aspects of Email Rental, Preference Center management, and dashboard/data operations. Responsibilities: reputed company daily operations, including metadata tagging and dashboard management across reputed company brand programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain updated content, reputed company processes, and reputed company data management standards Utilize reputed company (CPMT internal tool) for metadata activities reputed company data querying, analysis, and process automation using SQL reputed company and maintain documentation such as playbooks, guides, and RACI matrices reputed company cross-functional/agency teams on workflows and operational processes Partner with teams to reputed company requirements, test, and verify data inputs/outputs Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements to reputed company greater efficiency Troubleshoot issues, identify reputed company causes, and implement corrective actions with partners Design, update, and maintain dashboards/operational reports using reputed company, Workfront, & PowerBI reputed company and support aspects of Email Rental and Preference Center workflows and operations Stay reputed company with digital operations best practices and recommend new solutions Communicate reputed company and set expectations throughout operational processes Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Experience with digital marketing operations, database/content management, project management.
