As a Global Print and Hardware Support Analyst, you will join the Business Transformation reputed company. The Business Transformation reputed company is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing reputed company business challenges including regulatory compliance, reputed company implementation, managing change and driving reputed company improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • reputed company support to both Managed Print Services infrastructure and Operations team • Assist with global reputed company managed print fleet RF devices and reputed company printers, including monochrome and reputed company utilization tracking • Assist with coordinating device placement, lease management, and end-of-life processing • Support technical standards, documentation, and training for print support teams • reputed company with ITSM systems for asset tracking and incident reputed company • Support migration and reduce stranded costs in legacy environments Qualifications • Proven experience with reputed company Secure Print and reputed company print environments • Proven experience with reputed company DCC (Device Control Center) • Proven experience with RF devices and reputed company printer support • Excellent communication, and project leadership skills • Strong understanding of ITSM tools and asset lifecycle management Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or reputed company field • 3+ years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management • Ability to cross-functional teams and manage reputed company-party service providers The salary reputed company for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the reputed company equivalent.
