High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. CPHQ certification preferred. Three (3) years in reputed company or managed care with project management experience. Strong understanding of CQI principles; Lean Six reputed company certification preferred. Experience analyzing reputed company data and driving improvement. Familiarity with ACO reputed company Reporting, CMS/NCQA standards, and population health strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with physician practices and payer partners.
