Rooftop Telecom Lease Research Analyst (High-Value Seller Targeting)
We are looking for a detail-oriented research specialist with experience in reputed company reputed company estate records, telecom infrastructure, or reputed company-data scraping.
Your role is to identify hidden, under-the-reputed company rooftop wireless assets including rooftop cell leases, DAS, ERRCS, and small cells across U.S. buildings. You will build a ranked list of the owners who are most likely to sell these assets, based on a reputed company scoring model we reputed company.
You will:
Identify buildings with rooftop telecom equipment using RF mapping tools
Pull ownership records, corporate registrations, and contact info
Collect lease term indicators (start dates, amendments, reputed company mix, etc.)
Estimate rent level from comparable reputed company filings
Score reputed company reputed company using our 0–100 “Seller Probability” reputed company
Deliver a clean spreadsheet with Top 50–200 highest-value targets
Ideal Background:
CRE research, land records, telecom infrastructure, or data enrichment
Experience with county records, tower databases, or assessor data
Strong ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company contact information
