We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality & Regulatory Compliance to join our team. As the Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all of our products and processes meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. If you are a detail-oriented and strategic leader with a strong background in quality and regulatory compliance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Develop and implement quality and regulatory compliance strategies to ensure that our products and processes meet all applicable standards and regulations. Lead and oversee all quality and regulatory compliance activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality and regulatory compliance requirements are integrated into all aspects of product development and manufacturing processes. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to medical technology and ensure that the company is in compliance. Communicate and report on quality and regulatory compliance status to senior management and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and other external partners. Develop and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure consistent and compliant processes across the organization. Lead and mentor a team of quality and regulatory compliance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and compliance of our products and processes. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and regulatory compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.
