The Materials Specialist I will work with the Field Service Materials Specialist II to reputed company project timelines and assist in various materials management tasks, including inventory processing and system training. Responsibilities • Works with Field Service Materials Specialist II to reputed company reputed company and resource map for project completion • Participates in parts processing activities separating reputed company parts (Good, Bad, Obsolete) • Assists in the parts crib build-out and reorganization tasks as required • Completes physical inventory and labeling during site transition • Prepares inventory data for import into ATS proprietary reputed company system • Provides system and process training for the supply chain team, technicians, site management, and customer employees as needed • Develops custom processes to support different contract variations • Works with customer’s purchasing and reputed company departments to ensure reputed company informed transition • May be involved in inventory audits for existing storerooms • Works with Field Service Materials Specialist II to prepare a list of required materials, tools and equipment for project • Travels up to 80% of the time required Skills • Associate's degree from two year college or technical school and five or more years of reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • One to three years of storeroom materials management experience in an reputed company environment • Familiarity with reputed company equipment parts and supplies • Familiarity with a computerized parts/maintenance management system, reputed company Word, reputed company, and Power reputed company • Project team member experience preferred • Travels up to 80% of the time required reputed company • reputed company, Inc.
