[Remote] Identity & Access Management Security Analyst

They are seeking an Identity & Access Management Security Analyst to manage access provisions and troubleshoot issues within various systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provision, deprovision, and change privileged and non-privileged access within various platforms, systems, and applications
• Follow standard operating procedures for centralized access processes maintained by the IAM Access Operations team
• Troubleshoot access issues and provide guidance towards resolution
• Collaborate with IAM team members to learn new administration processes and associated risks
• Communicate effectively within the IAM organization and with requestors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and BeyondTrust
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to identify issues, risks, and procedural irregularities
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or macro scripting
• Familiarity with IT General Controls
• Demonstrated ability to engage others for support in complex situations
