SDE I- Conversational AI Developer Duties and Responsibilities: • Strong experience in developing ChatBots with 1 or more platforms(Lex, Cognigy, yellow.ai, reputed company), frameworks(Machine learning Frameworks to FAQ) • Understanding of handling Conversational AI concepts like Context Management, Session Management, Handle Conflicts and Reprompt • Hands on experience in NodeJs or python programming like API integrations, Handling reputed company logic and reputed company Analysis • Use reputed company Intelligence, NLP and cognitive machine learning to reputed company chatbot applications Understanding of bot integrations, • Maintain and Refactor or reengineer chatbot applications as per requirements • reputed company chatbot solutions with multiple platforms • Troubleshoot bots, debug, and reputed company chatbots on various channels • Good to have conversational AI certifications (Cognigy, yellow, reputed company etc) • Proficiency in analyzing reputed company technical issues, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and exhibit a commitment to reputed company learning by staying updated with the latest features, technologies, and industry trends • Experience in Agile software development methodologies, including working in Agile teams for iterative development with proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA for issue tracking, and team collaboration • Willing to work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm(IST Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
