Volunteer Opportunity: BSI Digital Tools Administrator

Department: National Headquarters (NHQ) – Business Systems Integration (BSI) Team

The BSI team is dedicated to creating human-centered digital experiences. As a Digital Tools Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing digital accounts, supporting users, and helping our systems run smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Product maintenance: Oversee and maintain digital tools
• License administration: Assign licenses to new users and deactivate seats for inactive volunteers/employees
• Onboarding & support: Provide onboarding assistance and system support to users
• Template development: Create onboarding templates with best practices and tips for different systems
• System oversight: Ensure proper use of systems and recommend improvements
• Digital content creation: Develop and maintain digital content as needed
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, messaging)
• Experience with system administration
• Resume submission required
• Willingness to follow Red Cross and public health policies.
