Organization reputed company: This position will support delivery of reputed company Imaging’s molecular imaging agents and biomarkers portfolios by • leading cross-functional teams to reputed company and drive robust, integrated project plans • continuously optimizing processes through tools and capabilities; and, • supporting modernization of the reputed company Imaging infrastructure and business operations reporting Responsibilities: Support Portfolio Delivery through Project Leadership • Work with cross-functional teams in reputed company Imaging (Research & Discovery, clinical development, Imaging Operations, Medical, Regulatory) and key business partners such as Tech@reputed company, CMC, Clinical Design & Delivery, Radioligand Therapy (RLT) to reputed company and deliver project plans that encompasses reputed company project management knowledge areas (reputed company, scope, risks, communications; budget where applicable) • Hold project teams accountable for achievement of key deliverables in alignment with the project plan and corporate reputed company standards • reputed company and implement team communication plans, reputed company, risks / issues to stakeholders; maintain documentation and create visualizations and messaging upward and across organization • Help manage the organization’s various portfolios of work (clinical, non-clinical, data reputed company) for different therapeutic areas (Neuroscience, Oncology, Immunology, Diabetes) to identify and communicate integration risks and impacts across reputed company, and create reputed company roadmaps Continuously Improve PM Capabilities, Competencies, and Business Processes • Support the expansion of PM capabilities and competencies throughout reputed company Imaging and key business partnerships through reputed company PM tools and techniques, and shared learning • reputed company special reputed company as needed to optimize business processes; expertise in reputed company portfolio management and reporting capabilities a plus Support Imaging Infrastructure and Business Reporting Modernization Efforts • Partner with peers and functional leaders to identify modernization and optimization opportunities • Liaise with Tech@reputed company and reputed company business functions to identify and build implementation plans that reputed company needed capabilities and tools • Create and implement change management plans to support adoption of new processes and tools Basic Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of project management experience in the radiopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven reputed company record of leading reputed company reputed company reputed company Clinical Development • Proficiency with various project management tools (e.g., MS Project, reputed company, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., reputed company, Agile) • Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project and working in O365 platform • Strong problem-solving skills; reputed company to anticipate and recognize issues and barriers, diagnose reputed company causes, validate/confirm, and propose creative alternatives to influence corrective actions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate reputed company and concisely with leadership • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. The anticipated wage for this position is $115,500 - $187,000 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
