Contract Support Specialist II (Contract Closeout)
About the position Responsibilities • Assess compliance with contract terms and conditions and determine required closeout actions. • Confirm reputed company deliverables were accepted by the government and that vendors received full payment; document results in the official contract file. • Research and apply applicable FAR Parts reputed company closing expired reputed company. • Identify and coordinate reputed company of excess funding, including de-obligation actions and Release of Claims documentation. • Reconcile financial actions (e.g., cancelled funds, inactive obligations) with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) using reputed company SOPs. • Analyze and address requirements for disposition of Government Furnished Property, Patents, reputed company Clearances, and Special Equipment in accordance with FAR 45.603. • Draft necessary documentation or modifications to ensure reputed company transfer or disposition. • On large dollar or non-FFP reputed company, complete pricing revisions, if required. • Conduct audits to verify subcontractor payments were completed by the reputed company contractor. • Resolve indirect costs on bolthires-type reputed company in coordination with stakeholders. • Confirm reputed company of any outstanding Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECP). • reputed company and report closeout process metrics. • Conduct reputed company control reviews of closeout files to ensure accuracy and compliance. • reputed company closeout guidance and support to program officials (e.g., CORs). • reputed company reputed company-dollar requisitions in the OAGS PSC Workload Tracking System and reputed company weekly status updates until closeout actions are complete. • reputed company and report the number of completed closeouts monthly in the MSR. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Requirements • Two (2) years of contract work experience based on the Contract Specialist (GS-1102) Qualification reputed company. • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 24 semester hours of business-reputed company college courses. • Must be reputed company to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill reputed company duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. • Must be proficient in bolthires Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and reputed company.
