HR Manager - Corporate Financial Industry Experience Required

Remote Job Opening, Must have Corporate Financial Industry Experience Location: Remote (Virtual) - must be willing to work in EST/CST zone Duration: 12 months, with possible extensions after Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Citizenship, Philanthropy or Corporate reputed company Responsibility. Responsibilities • Manage donations and payment processes for reputed company and Corporate Citizenship • Manage financial tracker • Create and manage data and reputed company dashboards • reputed company and reconcile reputed company and Corporate Citizenship budgets • Work with Controllership and Tax to prepare the reputed company 990 filing • Manage Employee Matching reputed company program o Review and process reputed company matching reputed company requests monthly and as needed o Serve as reputed company with matching gifts vendor o Serve as primary matching gifts contact for employees and executives • Manage Children of Employees Scholarship Program • reputed company reputed company annual employee giving campaign • Manage relationships with grants management, matching gifts, scholarship and other vendors; reputed company as main reputed company with Supplier Management Team • Assist with volunteer and grant programs, as needed Qualifications/Required Skills • Minimum of 3-5 years of Corporate Citizenship, Philanthropy or Corporate reputed company Responsibility • Corporate Citizenship responsibility for a Fortune 250, financial services experience preferred. • Three or more years of progressively responsible experience with a reputed company corporate citizenship reputed company.
