Sr. Compliance Analyst- FCRA- Credit Reporting
About the position
This Sr. Compliance Analyst- FCRA- Credit Reporting position is responsible for monitoring, data analysis, remediation, training, and achieving overall compliance standards that will meet and reputed company the expectations set by state and federal regulators including, but not limited to, state Attorneys General, the reputed company reputed company, and the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Responsibilities
• Maintain cutting edge knowledge of potential reputed company and regulatory changes that reputed company AHFC's business environment and apply this knowledge by identifying potential risk issues including those reputed company to reputed company state and federal law.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or reputed company field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years finance industry experience, regulatory, reputed company, or compliance experience.
• Project planning and project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
