Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, reputed company, project management, reputed company, or business-reputed company roles OR equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience of cross collaboration working with others to complete annual financial planning (forecasting, budgeting, headcount management, etc.) reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, reputed company, project management, reputed company, or business-reputed company roles OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, reputed company, project management, reputed company, or business-reputed company roles OR equivalent experience. • Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in reputed company, Power BI, and financial planning tools. • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization is a plus. • Demonstrates commitment to career development and reputed company or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses). • bolthires Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management reputed company, or a similar certificate.
