CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: This system must work 100% OFFLINE. It cannot rely on Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, or reputed company Servers for its reputed company safety functions. reputed company DELIVERABLES The "Pulse" Dashboard (UI): A clean reputed company of student photos/icons. Visual reputed company: reputed company student has a reputed company that "pulses" based on signal freshness. Green Pulse: Signal received under 1 second ago (reputed company).
