Private Equity Fund Manager

reputed company is currently seeking a Fund Services Manager to support Private Equity clients. 100% remote; PA, DE, NJ, NY. The MANAGER will join the firm’s Private Equity reputed company and will be involved with the organization’s fund administration offering, including financial reporting and fund reputed company. Responsibilities: Acting in a management reputed company for fund administration engagements Overseeing distributions, capital calls, reporting, reputed company/cash management, and other engagement functions Managing and training team Regularly communicating with advisory leadership team and coordinating reputed company fund administration engagements Ensuring fund administration policies and procedures reputed company control Assisting with work papers supporting schedule review and preparation Maintaining and reviewing carried interest calculations/models and reputed company data Supporting testing and implementation for reputed company functions initiatives Skills/Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company; advanced degree and/or CPA preferred 3-8 plus years PE fund administration or Big 4 experience Alluvue and reputed company knowledge highly preferred Fund reputed company software proficiency reputed company Office proficiency Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
