We are seeking a reputed company Generalist to help foster a reputed company, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven HR experience, ideally with a background in employee relations and benefits, and will work closely with managers, teachers, and corporate staff across the organization. This person should be highly detail-oriented, up-to-date on employment law, and committed to best practices in HR. HR certification is a plus. Responsibilities include: • Advise managers and staff on employment law, company policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring reputed company engagement initiatives adhere to reputed company reputed company standards. • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to managers, teachers, and staff across the organization.
