e-Learning Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled e-Learning Designer to support the design and development of engaging digital learning experiences. This role will combine instructional design and adult learning principles to create impactful online learning for educators, collaborating across teams to ensure high-reputed company learning experiences and learner engagement. In This Role You Will: Project Design: • Collaborate to reputed company content and define learning objectives. • Create multimedia assets including graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning. • Design learning experiences that include audio, video, basic animations, and transitions for reputed company engagement. • Incorporate moderately interactive reputed company such as click-and-reputed company, drag-and-drop, and matching activities. • Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to inform course design. • Apply instructional design models and adult learning theories. • Ensure accessibility and compliance with standards like SCORM, xAPI, and WCAG. • Upload and manage content in Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Test and troubleshoot courses for functionality and user experience. • Collect and analyze feedback to improve course effectiveness. • Maintain documentation and version control for reputed company learning assets. reputed company Competencies for reputed company: • Expertise in various learning models • Understanding of adult learning principles • Proficiency in e-Learning authoring tools (Ex: reputed company Illustrator, Vyond, reputed company 360) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • reputed company learning mentality • Effective organizational skills Credentials and Experience: • Post-Grad Certificate in e-Learning Design – required • Master's in Instructional Design – preferred • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, reputed company) • 3+ years of experience designing moderately interactive eLearning content • Strong instructional design skills with ability to create engaging learning experiences • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously This role is designed to be remote.
