Media Buyer / Paid Media Manager (E-commerce & B2B)

We are looking for a Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager with solid experience in e-commerce and B2B to join our digital marketing team. The ideal profile is a strategic, results-driven, and autonomous professional capable of leading campaigns and complete funnels across different Paid Media channels.
✅ Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Implement direct-to-consumer strategies in e-commerce (COD model): ads → landing pages/Shopify → remarketing.
- Design and manage full funnels: top of funnel, remarketing, evergreen, upsells.
- Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads (e.g., LinkedIn Ads + lead gen funnels).
- Review and brief UGC creatives with support from design and content teams.
- Write intermediate-level ad and landing page copy.
- Execute and supervise A/B testing across ads, landings, and funnels.
- Analyze advanced metrics and prepare strategic performance reports (ROAS, CPA, conversions).
- Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure integrated campaigns.

- LinkedIn Ads (essential for B2B)
✅ Tools and Technologies
- GA4 and Looker Studio for analytics and reporting.
- Shopify and Klaviyo for e-commerce.
- CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling.
- Zapier / Make for integrations and automations.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record managing e-commerce campaigns in the US with positive results (ROAS/sales).
- Experience in B2B lead generation and nurturing.
- Mastery of advanced campaign structures in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Ability to design and lead end-to-end marketing funnels.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong results orientation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and leadership.
- Full-time availability, working exclusively with our team.
- Reliable internet connection.
